Mid-Level Transfer Agency Project Manager – Financial Services

As a Mid-Level Transfer Agency Project Manager, you will be working for our client, a leader in the financial services industry. You will play a key role in managing complex projects within transfer agency operations, contributing to the seamless delivery of client solutions and operational excellence. Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate transfer agency projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including internal teams and external clients, to align expectations and deliverables.
• Oversee project planning, tracking progress, and mitigating risks within a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize operations.
• Participate in agile practices, supporting iterative development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of project documentation, status reports, and presentations for executive stakeholders.
• Assist in resource planning and capacity management to support project timelines and objectives.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably within financial services or banking.
• Basic understanding of transfer agency processes and operations.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects or workstreams effectively.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in global or multi-entity environments.
• Familiarity with banking or financial operations.
• Nice to have: exposure to Multifonds, agile methodologies, or a BA background.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience in Agile environments.
• Exposure to financial software or tools.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2).

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written).
