As a Senior Business Analyst – MFA and IAM Technologies, you will be working for our client, a leader in cybersecurity solutions committed to shaping safer digital environments. You will play a vital role in supporting large-scale global deployments of advanced authentication systems, including passwordless and phishing-resistant MFA (FIDO-based authentication). Your main responsibilities:
- Lead requirements elicitation through workshops and interviews, documenting and managing ongoing requirements changes
- Facilitate gap analysis and translate outcomes into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceable requirements
- Support technology assessments with service owners, capturing requirements, constraints, and impacts for MFA/passwordless/FIDO adoption
- Collaborate with business units, IT teams, IAM specialists, cybersecurity, and operations to gather and align requirements
- Present progress, critical decisions, and results in stakeholder forums; communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Produce and maintain process maps and user journey documentation for MFA and phishing-resistant MFA changes
- Define current-state and future-state workflows and operational handoffs
- Work closely with project managers and IAM teams to scope, plan proof-of-concept (PoC), pilots, and rollouts
- Support large global deployments by providing readiness inputs, communication strategies, training needs, and operational considerations
- Maintain programme documentation in Confluence/Jira; develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel
- Track actions, RAID logs, and decisions to ensure delivery momentum and auditability
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst or IT Analyst within an IT environment
- Strong analysis and process mapping skills
- Experience supporting large global deployment projects, particularly new MFA app rollouts or authentication changes
- Hands-on experience working closely with engineers, developers, and operational teams
- Confident communication skills to challenge constructively and clarify complex topics with senior stakeholders
- Proactive and self-sufficient attitude, with excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence, with a keen interest in optimizing their use
- Knowledge of MFA systems and phishing-resistant authentication, including FIDO-based approaches
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Financial services experience, ideally with a focus on security
- Experience working with global teams
- Data skills: cleansing, mapping, transforming; ability to produce stakeholder-facing content
