Location & work model Wroclaw-based opportunity with a flexible hybrid work model (remote up to 4 days per week).

As a Mid-Level / Senior Mendix Frontend Developer, you will be working for our client, a leader in digital transformation and custom application development. You will help craft state-of-the-art low-code solutions by building intuitive user interfaces and enabling seamless integrations that elevate business processes. Turn ideas into impactful applications—while growing your expertise in a hands-on, technology-driven environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Design and develop user interfaces in Mendix Low-Code based on provided mockups.

• Lead the creation and maintenance of application documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Build and optimize APIs and integrate with external systems using REST and SOAP protocols.

• Implement and modify functionalities using data mapping and transformation techniques (JSON/XML).

• Independently model and structure data in Mendix, including database normalization and index creation.

• Collaborate with analysts and team members to deliver solutions on time and with strong ownership.

• Ensure solution quality through responsible, independent delivery and continuous improvement.

• Participate in training sessions organized by PSE Innowacje (up to 4 hours annually).

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 4 years of commercial experience with the Mendix Low-Code platform.

• Proven ability to independently design data models (entities, relationships, and normalization techniques).

• Strong knowledge of relational databases such as SQL and PostgreSQL, with a focus on performance optimization.

• Hands-on experience integrating REST and SOAP services using tools like Postman or SoapUI.

• Proficiency in data mapping and transformation (JSON/XML).

• Experience developing custom web interface components.

• Technical independence and a strong sense of responsibility for solution quality.

• Excellent time management to ensure timely project delivery.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Experience working with web and mobile applications.

• Mendix certification.

Language Required for the role :

• Polish — communicative / good command.

Eligibility for the role :
