As a Mid-Level Infrastructure & Service Operations Engineer, you will be working for our client, a leader in IT and digital solutions. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational excellence of their infrastructure, ensuring seamless service delivery, and supporting their mission to deliver reliable and resilient software solutions. Your main responsibilities:
- Ensure the operational stability, integrity, and availability of products and services supported by the team.
- Maintain high data quality and compliance within Service Management systems and adhere to relevant standards and controls.
- Support incident and change management processes by identifying, resolving, and communicating issues effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate impact, expectations, and upcoming changes.
- Ensure service resilience, availability, and recovery objectives are met across all software solutions.
- Implement engineering changes focused on enhancing customer experience and system performance.
- Develop, deploy, and automate infrastructure changes to meet load, security, performance, and resilience requirements.
- Drive automation of build, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality, predictable outcomes.
- Monitor systems proactively and support initiatives to improve service quality and stability.
- Stay informed about current tools and technologies related to GO&A.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- 3+ years of experience in an engineering or infrastructure support role.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Proven experience in incident and change management processes.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, T-SQL/SQL, Linux, and Bash scripting.
It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)
- Experience with Smart Forms Designer or Kofax.
- Knowledge of Venafi – Certificate management.
- JavaScript skills.
- Fluency in French.
- DevOps methodologies and toolsets.
