As a Team Collaboration Specialist, you will be working for our client, a dynamic organization committed to fostering effective teamwork and streamlined processes. In this role, you will support a collaborative environment by executing responsibilities that enhance team productivity and uphold professional standards, contributing directly to organizational success and innovation.

Your main responsibilities:

• Execute assigned tasks and responsibilities efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflows
• Maintain professional standards across all deliverables
• Assist in process improvements to optimize team collaboration
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
• Support daily operations within a hybrid working setup

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a team support or coordination role
• Strong communication skills in Polish (good command)
• The ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
• Proven experience in fostering team collaboration
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain professionalism

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Additional language skills (e.g., English at a communicative level)
• Certifications or training in teamwork or communication skills

Language Required for the role:

• Polish (good command)
• English (communicative level)
