Mid-Level Business Analyst – Technology & Process Mapping

As a Mid-Level Business Analyst – Technology & Process Mapping, you will be working for our client, a global leader dedicated to enhancing complex business processes through innovative technology solutions. Your role will focus on gathering requirements, mapping workflows, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver impactful use cases. Join us in shaping digital transformation and driving efficiency across industries!

Your main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed business and technical requirements

• Develop comprehensive process maps to visualize workflows and identify optimization opportunities

• Work closely with technical specialists to understand and document technical use cases

• Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot operational issues and propose effective solutions

• Identify and define key use cases aligned with business objectives

• Leverage technical understanding of infrastructure technologies to support analysis and design

• Engage stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and buy-in on deliverables

• Manage assigned tasks and deliverables to ensure on-time delivery within a large program

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, particularly with a focus on technology and process mapping

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English

• Expertise in requirements gathering and process analysis

• Proficiency in process mapping tools and techniques

• Technical understanding of infrastructure technologies and PAM experience

• Experience with JIRA, MS Excel, and Visio

• Ability to identify use cases and optimize workflows for efficiency

• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaborative working style

• Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within scope

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Certifications related to Business Analysis or Process Improvement
