Krakow-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 3 remote days per week).

As a Mid-Level Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leader in the Wholesale Technology division, delivering innovative IT solutions to optimize client onboarding, KYC, and client maintenance processes. You will play a crucial role in bridging business needs with technology, ensuring seamless delivery across the client journey, and enabling digital transformation through agile practices.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business SMEs to elicit, define, and refine requirements into clear, actionable user stories within an Agile (Kanban) framework.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements using various techniques, supporting requirement refinement and prioritization.
  • Present business requirements, proposed solutions, and acceptance criteria to the Product Owner, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Support the development team during the build phase by resolving queries and clarifying requirements.
  • Work closely with IT teams to refine solution designs and communicate effectively with business stakeholders at all levels.
  • Test delivered IT components, identify defects, and coordinate with developers to facilitate resolution.
  • Prepare materials for senior stakeholder forums and contribute to training content for user readiness.
  • Escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to project management proactively, ensuring project delivery success.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.
  • Hands-on experience working within an Agile (Kanban) framework.
  • Strong requirements engineering skills for complex projects.
  • Proven full lifecycle Business Analysis experience from requirements gathering to implementation.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders across different levels.
  • Ability to manage conflicting requirements and project scope.
  • Experience with tools such as Confluence and JIRA.

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Knowledge of the Wholesale or Client Services domain.
  • Certifications such as CBAP, CSPO, or equivalents.
  • Experience with training content development.

Language Required for the role:

  • Communicative English – strong written and spoken skills.
