As a Mid-Level Backend Developer, you will be working for our client, a forward-thinking organization committed to delivering robust, scalable backend solutions. You will play a vital role in developing and maintaining backend systems, enabling seamless service delivery within an agile environment. Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend systems and applications to ensure high performance and reliability
• Design and implement scalable server-side solutions that meet project requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and frontend developers, to deliver integrated solutions
• Follow agile methodologies, participating actively in sprint planning and reviews
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently in a hybrid work setup
• Maintain code quality and adhere to best practices for backend development

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 3 years of experience in backend development
• Proficiency in designing and developing backend solutions in an agile environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently within a hybrid work model
• Experience with relevant backend technologies and frameworks

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Knowledge of Polish language proficiency
• Knowledge of additional programming languages or certifications

Language Required for the role:

• Polish: Good command
• English: Communicative proficiency
