Drive Digital Transformation with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Expertise!
Remote work with visit the Warsaw/Poznan offices once every 2 weeks.
As a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant, you will be working for our client, a leading company specializing in enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions. The client is engaged in large-scale digital transformation projects, helping businesses optimize their financial and operational processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O).
Your main responsibilities: Conduct analysis of clients' financial and accounting processes to identify areas for optimization
- Configure and customize D365 F&O according to client requirements
- Execute manual testing of implemented functionalities and prepare test scenarios
- Integrate D365 F&O with other IT systems
- Optimize system performance to ensure efficiency and scalability
- Develop project documentation, including requirement specifications, implementation plans, and progress reports
- Deliver training sessions for end-users and provide post-implementation support
- Collaborate with project teams and other departments to ensure system alignment with business processes
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and propose further improvements
- Manage project stages from analysis to implementation and support
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- 3 years of experience in implementing or maintaining financial and accounting systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
- Experience in system integrations involving D365 F&O
- A university degree in IT, management, or a related field
- Expertise in the General Ledger module and financial processes such as accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Strong knowledge of financial configurations in multi-company and international environments
- Strong documentation skills for project requirements and user guides
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
Nice to have:
- Understanding of current regulations related to KSeF implementation
- Experience with SAP integrations
