Warsaw-based opportunity with hybrid work!As a Marketplace Consultant you will be working for our client, a prominent leader in the health and beauty retail sector, boasting a vast network of physical stores and a successful e-commerce platform. You will be instrumental in a key strategic initiative to expand and optimize the company's presence across major online marketplaces. This project involves developing and executing robust sales strategies, enhancing product visibility, and driving growth on platforms like Allegro, Amazon, and others. Your expertise will directly contribute to increasing market share and revenue from these crucial channels, ensuring the brand stands out in a competitive digital landscape.
Your main responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for online marketplaces
Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotional campaigns
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Enhance product visibility and search rankings through effective SEO and advertising tactics
Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Monitor and report on key performance indicators for all marketplace channels
Ensure full compliance with the policies and guidelines of each marketplace platform
Identify and evaluate new potential marketplaces for brand expansion
You're ideal for this role if you have:
Proven experience as a Marketplace Specialist or in a similar e-commerce role
In-depth knowledge of major marketplace platforms (e.g., Allegro, Amazon) and their operational tools
Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, SEO, and paid advertising (PPC)
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience with e-commerce analytics and reporting tools
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
Fluency in Polish and a good command of English
A proactive and results-oriented approach to driving online sales
