As a Senior Lead Platform Architect – Plugin and Ecosystem Design, you will be working for our client, a leader in enterprise-scale digital solutions. Your mission will be to design and establish a robust plugin architecture for a complex, multi-faceted platform supporting diverse user views — from customer portals to CRM systems for field and call center advisors. This pivotal role will shape the foundation for scalable, efficient, and secure software solutions, driving innovation and excellence across multiple international teams.
Your main responsibilities:
Design the entire architecture of a plugin-based platform and establish cohesive standards and best practices
Define governance, modularity principles, and security protocols to ensure a reliable and scalable system
Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and develop roadmaps and backlogs to guide project delivery
Coordinate architectural decisions with development teams across Poland and other European markets (Spain, Italy, Romania)
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, providing clear communication of standards, documentation, and facilitating training sessions
Oversee the migration and refactoring of existing projects towards monorepo architectures, ensuring smooth transitions and high code quality
Drive innovation in platform development, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and industry best practices
You're ideal for this role if you have:
At least 7 years of experience in enterprise system architecture and platform design
Deep expertise in monorepo and platform architectures, especially within Angular, .NET, and API development
Strong understanding of Entra ID and security standards in large-scale systems
Proven experience designing complex enterprise systems with a focus on modularity and security
Experience leading collaborative teams across multiple geographies and coordinating technical decisions
Prior involvement in project migrations to monorepo or significant architectural refactoring
It is a strong plus if you have:
Experience with technology standards and governance frameworks
Hands-on experience with large-scale Angular and .NET projects
Certifications related to enterprise architecture or cloud security
Language Required for the role:
Polish — Communicative proficiency
