Junior/Mid-Level PEGA DevOps Engineer – Banking Sector

Warszawa-based opportunity with hybrid work model (1 day in the office/week, up to 4 remote days).

As a Junior/Mid-Level PEGA DevOps Engineer, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the banking sector leveraging advanced decisioning platforms to craft personalized customer experiences. In this role, you will support and develop the PEGA Customer Decision Hub (CDH) platform, ensuring its stability, performance, and continuous enhancement. Collaborate with business stakeholders and external vendors to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions in a dynamic production environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Monitor PEGA services and detect anomalies or system errors

• Resolve incidents and issues in PEGA or its integrations, coordinating fixes with external vendors

• Develop and customize PEGA solutions, including data flows and integrations with banking systems

• Create and deploy installation packages in cooperation with business users

• Manage and track incidents and defects using tools such as Jira

• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain system stability and performance

• Participate in on-call rotations to support production environments

• Maintain documentation and support continuous improvement of PEGA services

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with PEGA CDH technology (preferred 3 years)

• Experience using issue and test management tools such as Jira

• Understanding of system monitoring and incident management processes

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in complex environments

• Experience working with system integrations

• Good analytical skills and ability to work with technical documentation

• Strong organizational skills with attention to quality and deadlines

• Willingness to learn and share knowledge within the team

• Good command of English (B2 or higher) for communication with external support teams

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Experience in preparing test data

Language Required for the role:
Polish (Communicative level)
