As a Java Developer, you will be working for a leading global financial institution, specializing in developing mission-critical trade booking and control systems. Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance solutions for trade booking and control systems

• Ensure platform accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence

• Collaborate closely with front office stakeholders to refine and optimize system functionality

• Integrate various systems to enhance overall performance and reliability

• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and contribute to continuous innovation

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial Java development experience

• Strong knowledge of Git version control

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish

• Familiarity with programming languages such as C++ or Python

• Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Experience with Slang programming language

• Knowledge of financial trading systems or platforms

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent in English and Polish
