As a Mid-Level IT Support Specialist, you will be working for our client, a leading force in online banking services. You will play a vital role in maintaining and troubleshooting critical IT systems, ensuring smooth digital banking experiences for millions of users. Your main responsibilities:
Provide technical support for MS Windows, MS365, Exchange, and other Microsoft tools/software.
Manage and troubleshoot computer systems and technical devices to ensure operational excellence.
Address issues related to internet technology, networking, mobile devices (Android), and security protocols.
Learn and apply new knowledge rapidly, particularly in AI and machine learning areas.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, maintaining a friendly, solution-oriented approach.
Work collaboratively within a support team to deliver efficient service.
Document and track customer interactions and technical issues systematically.
Participate in a rotating shift system to ensure 24/7 support coverage.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
Strong knowledge of MS Windows, MS365, Exchange, and other MS tools/software.
Hands-on experience or genuine interest in AI and machine learning.
Advanced technical skills in managing and troubleshooting computers and devices.
Good understanding of internet technology, networking, mobile (Android), and security matters.
Ability to learn quickly and expand your technical expertise continuously.
Clear diction and excellent client-facing communication skills.
Proficiency in Polish language.
Willingness to work in a rotating shift system.
It is a strong plus if you have:
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
Previous experience in customer service or user support.
Language Required for the role:
Polish — excellent command required.
English — at a communicative level.
