IT Implementation and Migration Support Specialist

Warsaw based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month).

As an IT Implementation and Migration Support Specialist you will be working for our client, one of the leaders in online banking, supporting critical projects in the area of Data Center infrastructure. You will be part of a collaborative IT infrastructure team, contributing to system implementations, migrations, and installations. This role is focused on ensuring smooth coordination across teams, effective communication, and proper documentation of technical processes. It is a great opportunity for someone motivated, well-organized, and eager to grow in the field of IT infrastructure while gaining valuable experience in large-scale corporate projects.

Your main responsibilities:

• Support IT system implementations and migrations

• Assist in preparing schedules and documentation

• Participate in technical team meetings and record agreements

• Ensure effective flow of information between stakeholders

• Monitor activity statuses and report support needs

• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external vendors

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset

• Willingness to support others in completing tasks and facilitating meetings

• Ability to organize your own work effectively and focus on results

• Motivation to learn and grow in IT infrastructure

• Knowledge of planning tools such as MS Excel, MS Project, Jira, or Confluence

• Experience working in a large organization or corporate environment

• English skills sufficient for technical documentation and email communication
