IT Associate Business Manager – Workforce Strategy and Data Analysis

As an IT Associate Business Manager, you will be working for our client, a leading global banking organization driving workforce transformation and operational excellence across its technology and business teams. You will be contributing to workforce strategy initiatives, ensuring resource alignment, and supporting data-driven decision-making processes. By collaborating closely with internal teams, vendors, and regional stakeholders, you will help execute operational plans, optimize workforce efficiency, and deliver high-quality reporting that informs senior management decisions while supporting the client’s strategic objectives.

Your main responsibilities:

• Supporting workforce strategy initiatives and driving adoption across teams

• Executing workforce plans and ensuring resource demand is met

• Managing vendor relationships and delivering against vendor requirements

• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets

• Generating accurate and insightful reports to inform business decisions

• Developing clear presentations to communicate data insights and recommendations

• Engaging with senior stakeholders and ensuring alignment with business objectives

• Maintaining data accuracy and quality across systems and tools

• Driving operational compliance across workforce processes and HR timetables

• Collaborating with regional teams to support local initiatives

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Proven experience in workforce planning or business management

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

• Advanced Excel skills and data management proficiency

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English

• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders effectively

• Attention to detail with high standards for data accuracy

• Experience managing vendor relationships and operational execution

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Knowledge of workforce systems (e.g., Pioneer, Fieldglass, Clarity, MyTRM)

• Interest and enthusiasm for reporting and data-driven decision-making

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Previous experience in banking or financial services technology teams

• Exposure to workforce transformation or HR initiatives

• Experience working in a regional or global operational context
