As a Infrastructure Manager / Head of Infrastructure you will be working for our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing provider of non-wage employee benefits that promotes healthy living through innovative digital solutions. You will play a strategic role in shaping the infrastructure development roadmap across the organization and its subsidiaries. The project involves ensuring a secure, high-performing, and scalable technological environment to support business growth. You will lead a skilled team, drive modernization efforts, and act as both a mentor and partner, ensuring alignment between infrastructure goals and broader business objectives.
Your main responsibilities:
- Define and execute the infrastructure development strategy for the client and its subsidiaries
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of infrastructure and network specialists
- Plan, optimize and control the infrastructure budget and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure high availability, performance and continuity of IT systems and services
- Oversee the implementation and management of security measures and risk mitigation strategies
- Manage infrastructure modernization, expansion and migration projects
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align technology with business goals
- Monitor system performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external vendors
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT infrastructure
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, networks and virtualization technologies
- Strong leadership skills with a mentoring and coaching approach
- Deep knowledge of network architecture, server infrastructure and cybersecurity
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments
- Fluency in English and excellent communication skills across technical and business teams
- Experience managing complex infrastructure projects with tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Strong budgeting and vendor negotiation capabilities
- Ability to make strategic decisions and respond effectively to critical incidents
- Experience with Windows Server, Linux and desktop operating systems
- A business-oriented mindset with the ability to present technical information clearly
