Full Stack Engineer

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be working for our client, a global financial services organization modernizing its digital platforms and ensuring reliability across critical systems.You will be contributing to infrastructure automation, system monitoring, and performance optimization to support highly scalable and resilient services. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, applying Agile and DevOps practices, and adhering to reliability engineering best practices. You will be developing automation, troubleshooting incidents, and building solutions that guarantee system health, availability, and long-term scalability in a fast-paced environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Implementing and maintaining monitoring solutions to ensure system health and performance

• Responding to incidents, troubleshooting issues, and minimizing downtime

• Developing and maintaining automation scripts and tools for infrastructure management

• Applying infrastructure as code principles for reliability and scalability

• Analyzing system performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and limitations

• Collaborating with engineering teams to optimize performance and resource utilization

• Driving initiatives to improve system reliability and disaster recovery capabilities

• Participating in design reviews, code reviews, and incident post-mortems

• Working closely with software engineers, DevOps engineers, and stakeholders to define reliability requirements

• Applying Agile and DevOps practices in daily work

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• Proven experience in reliability engineering, systems administration, or DevOps

• Strong proficiency in scripting and automation with Python, Shell, or PowerShell

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline design and implementation

• Solid understanding of cloud platforms, preferably GCP, with IaC tools like Terraform

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack

• Knowledge of test automation for frontend and backend components

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments

• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

  
  

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with Java, Jenkins, Ansible, Git, or Helm

• Knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL or columnar databases like ClickHouse

• Familiarity with Spark and Big Data technologies

• Understanding of OLAP and ETL processes

• Knowledge of financial risk management in banking or financial industry

• Experience with emerging technologies such as AI or Cloud-native solutions

• Scrum Master or PMP certification

• FRM or CFA certification
