As an Expert Solution Architect – Banking Technology, you will be working for our client, a leader in the financial services industry, dedicated to developing innovative solutions within critical environments. You will help build and evolve domain and process layer development in Tribe Omnichannel, driving impactful change and ensuring robust security and compliance standards. Your main responsibilities:

• Design and develop architectural concepts for complex banking systems in line with business requirements.
• Lead system analysis and create detailed technical solutions to meet client objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile methodologies, ensuring seamless integration and delivery.
• Conduct system testing and validation to guarantee functionality and security compliance.
• Support the implementation of REST, WebServices, and other related technologies for critical banking applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the team, promoting best practices and efficient workflows.
• Ensure solutions adhere to security standards and regulatory requirements.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 8 years of experience in banking or financial systems development.
• Proficiency in Java, PL/SQL, WebServices, and REST APIs.
• Experience with PostgreSQL is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in business and pre-implementation analysis.
• Solid knowledge of system architecture design and test procedures.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level) and fluency in Polish.
• Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Knowledge of PostgreSQL database management.

Language Required for the role:

• Polish — good command required.
