Execution Product Development Lead

Krakow-based opportunity with hybrid work model (3days a week remote)

As a Senior Derivatives Product Development Manager – ETD Platforms, you will be working for our client, a major player in the financial services industry. You will drive customer-centric product upgrades, regulatory controls, and functional releases on strategic ETD execution platforms, directly supporting revenue growth and operational excellence. Your main responsibilities:

• Lead the product development lifecycle by collaborating with regional and global teams to deliver platform upgrades and regulatory enhancements.

• Partner with front-to-back process owners to ensure functional requirements align and deliver seamless operational execution.

• Drive the IT development schedule, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of new features and releases.

• Document, track, and report on product launches, upgrade plans, and regulatory changes on a weekly basis.

• Design and oversee the operating model for each release, ensuring all stakeholders understand their roles and responsibilities.

• Ensure processes are well documented and controls are in place to meet compliance and regulatory standards.

  
  

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in ETD or derivatives product development within investment banking or financial services.

• Strong knowledge of ETD execution, algo trading, and industry-standard IT systems such as TT, UL, etc.

• Proven experience managing IT delivery projects and developing operating models for complex financial products.

• Demonstrable senior stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across teams.

• Excellent business analysis, planning, and communication skills.

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience in exchange-traded derivatives workflows and trade lifecycle management.

• Participation in industry or vendor forums related to derivatives.

• Certifications or additional language skills.
