DevOps Engineer

Design and implement revolutionary solutions for one of the most innovative banks in Poland!

Łódź-based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 times in the office/month).

As a DevOps you will be working for our client, a major player in the online banking industry, supporting the development and deployment of critical financial software systems. The project focuses on enhancing CI/CD pipelines, automating key processes in software delivery, and ensuring smooth collaboration across development, testing, and infrastructure teams. You will contribute to the stability, scalability, and security of production environments while driving improvements in automation and operational efficiency.

Your main responsibilities:

• Create, develop and modify tools supporting Continuous Integration, Delivery and Deployment

• Automate repetitive tasks across software development, testing and production deployment

• Manage configuration across different environments

• Automate monitoring and alerting for infrastructure and applications

• Collaborate closely with developers, testers and system administrators

• Support software releases and deployment processes

• Write and maintain scripts using PowerShell and other scripting tools

• Optimize existing DevOps processes for performance and reliability

• Maintain documentation for tools and automation frameworks

• Contribute to the design of scalable and secure production environments

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar DevOps role

• Ability to write scripts in PowerShell or other scripting languages

• Working knowledge of at least one programming language such as C# or Java

• Basic understanding of system administration in Windows and Linux environments

• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and related tools

• Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English

• Eagerness to grow professionally within the DevOps field

• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to propose new solutions

• Teamwork skills and collaborative mindset

• Interest in task/process simplification and automation

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with tools such as Ansible, Docker

• Familiarity with tools like Jenkins, TeamCity, GitLab, JIRA
