Gdansk-based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 times in the office/month).

As a DevOps Engineer – C# & Java Automation Expert, you will be working for our client, a leading organization in the online banking sector that is modernizing its digital platforms and optimizing its software delivery capabilities. You will support a large-scale transformation project focused on enhancing automation, strengthening CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring stable, secure environments for rapid application deployment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to streamline development workflows and maintain consistent, reliable delivery processes across complex infrastructure supporting high-availability financial services.

Your main responsibilities:

• Create and develop tools supporting Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Continuous Deployment

• Automate recurring activities across the software development lifecycle

• Administer and support test environments

• Automate production deployment processes

• Manage configuration across multiple environments

• Automate monitoring solutions

• Collaborate closely with development, testing, and administration teams to prepare software for production

• Improve internal workflows through simplification and automation

  
  

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar DevOps role

• Strong command of English

• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation

• Programming skills in scripting languages such as PowerShell

• Knowledge of at least one programming language such as C# or Java

• Understanding of fundamental Windows and Linux administration

• Motivation to grow in the DevOps domain

• Proven ability to work effectively in a team

• Creativity and a drive to propose new solutions

• Strong inclination toward process automation and simplification

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Knowledge of Ansible

• Knowledge of Docker

• Knowledge of Jenkins, TeamCity, GitLab, JIRA
