As a Data Privacy Analyst, you will be working for our client, a global leader in financial services, committed to enhancing customer trust and data privacy management. The company is focused on ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations across diverse regions, with an emphasis on managing data privacy tools like DataVisa. You will support the operational management of DataVisa, ensuring the effective use of the tool and helping reduce data privacy risks while ensuring adherence to global data management policies. This is a key role in ensuring a robust data privacy strategy across the organization.
Your main responsibilities:
- Acting as the gatekeeper and primary contact for the DataVisa Operations team
- Supporting stakeholders across 67 markets and multiple global functions with DataVisa-related queries
- Operating the team runway and assisting in prioritizing workloads for data privacy cases
- Preparing and maintaining process documents, self-help guides, FAQs, and chatbots
- Producing monthly management information (MI) and status reports for relevant stakeholders and governance forums
- Performing quality assurance on DataVisa cases to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive adherence to global data management policies
- Monitoring and responding to changes in privacy impact assessments and records of processing
- Facilitating communication and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Helping reduce data privacy risks and improve the organization's customer trust
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- Awareness of internal procedures and policies, including data privacy regulations
- A good understanding of how customer data is used within the business
- Strong experience managing multiple stakeholders and business partners
- Ability to work under pressure with competing and rapidly changing priorities
- Proven track record of taking ownership and responsibility for tasks independently
- Excellent Excel skills, with the ability to extract and summarize key information
- Fluent English
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and risk mitigation
- Ability to work with complex data privacy tools and systems
- Experience in producing detailed reports for governance and compliance purposes
