As a Senior Data Analyst – AI and Data Governance, you will be working for our client, a leader in innovative technology solutions, supporting crucial AI data workstreams. Your expertise will drive the design of data standards, develop reusable data pattern libraries, and build dashboards that enhance AI governance, ensuring data integrity and strategic decision-making at the highest level. Your main responsibilities:
Support the AI for Tech Data workstream by designing and documenting enforcement processes for data standards within the AI Governance lifecycle, including control points, evidence requirements, exception handling, and MI/reporting.
Deliver a proof of concept (PoC) for an AI for Tech Data Pattern Library by identifying reusable data patterns, defining a taxonomy, creating a publishing template, curating initial patterns, and gathering feedback to promote adoption.
Build and maintain a central tracking layer for all data-related AI use cases, with dashboards providing visibility of status, owners, datasets, overlaps, and dependencies to support governance and decision-making.
Engage with stakeholders across Data Governance, Architecture, Engineering, and Risk/Controls, ensuring practical and efficient data solutions for AI projects.
Support process design and governance activities, creating clear artefacts such as workflows, RACIs, templates, and actionable MI reports using Excel, Power BI, Jira, or Confluence.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
At least 3 years of experience supporting data management, governance, or AI-related projects.
Strong analytical skills with experience in process design, data standards, metadata, data lineage, and data quality concepts.
Proficiency in creating workflows, reports, and dashboards, especially with Excel, Power BI, Jira, or Confluence.
Excellent stakeholder management skills across diverse teams — from technical to business units.
Fluency in Polish and English, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
It is a strong plus if you have:
Experience supporting AI/ML delivery processes and reusable pattern libraries.
Knowledge of data management tools or frameworks relevant to AI and governance.
Certifications in Data Management, Data Governance, or related fields.
Language Required for the role:
Fluent in Polish and English
