As a Senior Cybersecurity Test Engineering Lead – QA & Automation, you will be working for our client, a major player within the cybersecurity and banking industry. You will help design, develop, and lead automation testing frameworks that safeguard critical applications and infrastructure. Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce comprehensive test strategies to ensure high-quality, secure software deployment.

• Lead automation and quality assurance processes, integrating testing tools within the global framework.

• Collaborate with operational, development, and security teams to align testing needs and solutions.

• Mentor and motivate testing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

• Monitor testing progress, prepare reports, and communicate results to senior stakeholders.

• Drive automation initiatives to optimize testing efficiency, effectiveness, and security.

• Facilitate knowledge sharing within the community of practice to uphold the highest testing standards.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in software development and testing, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.

• Proven expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive test strategies.

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps methodology, and security testing processes.

• Advanced data analytics skills for defining and tracking QA metrics.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience mentoring diverse teams.

• Solid understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance frameworks.

• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with Kubernetes, Azure Data Lake, Power BI, or similar cloud and data analytics tools.

• Certifications related to cybersecurity, testing, or DevOps.

Language required for the role :

• Fluent English
