Kraków-based opportunity with a hybrid work model (6 days/month in the office).
As a Cybersecurity PMO, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution undertaking large-scale digital and operational transformation initiatives. You will be managing the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory standards. Working across multiple cross-functional teams, you will be driving project governance, optimising delivery processes, and ensuring transparency through effective communication and reporting. You will be playing a key role in promoting continuous improvement, mitigating risks, and maintaining delivery excellence in a fast-paced, global environment.
Your main responsibilities:
Planning, executing, and delivering multiple projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align priorities and remove delivery blockers
Facilitating project meetings, stand-ups, and Agile ceremonies to ensure team alignment
Managing programme-level reporting, tracking dependencies, and providing progress updates to senior stakeholders
Maintaining governance frameworks, dashboards, and documentation for data-driven decision-making
Identifying, managing, and mitigating project risks and issues to maintain momentum
Driving continuous improvement and implementing best practices in project delivery
Managing project management tools to ensure consistency and accuracy of data
Overseeing financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and procurement processes
Ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulatory requirements throughout delivery
You're ideal for this role if you have:
Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a complex or global organisation
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business teams
Demonstrated ability to connect project outcomes to wider business objectives
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Clarity, or MS Project
Experience managing governance frameworks and performance reporting
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
Financial management experience including budgeting and forecasting
A track record of delivering projects on time and within scope
It is a strong plus if you have:
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification
Experience working within the financial services sector
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance-driven project environments
Exposure to large-scale digital transformation or technology change programmes
Experience optimising delivery processes through tooling or automation
