As a Cybersecurity Education & Awareness Delivery Manager, you will be working for our client, a key player in financial services, dedicated to safeguarding systems and empowering teams through strategic cybersecurity training and awareness initiatives. Your main responsibilities:
- Lead the successful delivery of medium-sized technical projects focused on system integrations, automation, and application features within the Cybersecurity Education & Awareness domain.
- Utilize agile methodologies to plan, manage, and execute project solutions, mentoring teams and ensuring best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Programme Managers to ensure activities align with wider strategic objectives and governance standards.
- Identify, proactively manage, and mitigate risks and dependencies that could impact project delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for projects, providing regular status reports and updates to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the business transition and handover plans, ensuring project deliverables meet operational expectations before handoff to BAU.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 5 years of experience in delivering technical solutions within financial services, with a strong focus on data, automation, or cybersecurity projects.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Databricks, Azure, Entra, Anvil, or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Proven ability to deliver projects in complex organizational environments.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, testing, and process documentation.
- Excellent planning, reporting, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)
- Certifications related to agile methodologies or security frameworks.
- Additional experience in vendor management or cross-functional team leadership.
Language Required for the role:
- Fluent English — excellent written and verbal communication skills.
