Cloud DevOps Engineer

Build the Future of Cloud Infrastructure as a Cloud/DevOps Engineer!

Warsaw based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month).

As a Cloud/DevOps Engineer you will be working for our client, one of the leading leasing and finance companies in Poland, within their Cloud Architecture team. You will support the development and maintenance of public cloud platforms made available to the entire organization. The project focuses on building and sustaining a robust Microsoft Azure Landing Zone using Infrastructure as Code principles. You will contribute to designing automated, reliable, and well-documented cloud solutions that enable smooth migration of systems, high availability, and operational resilience across the enterprise.

Your main responsibilities:

• Design, create and maintain Infrastructure as Code for Landing Zone and cloud services using Terraform

• Implement, operate and optimize cloud environments ensuring high availability and scalability

• Build fault-tolerant solutions to guarantee continuity and minimize risks of data loss

• Translate business and technical requirements into ready-to-use cloud services

• Define, implement and maintain automated tests to verify infrastructure and deployments

• Create and update technical documentation, deployment descriptions and knowledge bases

• Provide technical and operational support to users regarding change requests and error handling

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 1 year of experience working as a DevOps Engineer with Terraform or in a similar position

• Proficiency in scripting for automation with languages such as Python, Bash or Go

• Strong understanding of cloud solution design standards focused on availability and maintainability

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services

• Expertise in designing, deploying and managing infrastructure with Terraform

• Solid knowledge of DevOps practices and principles

• Familiarity with integrating on-premises infrastructure with cloud services in hybrid environments

• Experience with automation tools for configuration and application deployment such as Jenkins, Bitbucket or Azure DevOps

• Strong communication skills.

• Communicative English  for documentation 

• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving requirements

Nice to have:

• Experience working with Terragrunt will be an additional asset

• Certificates: Azure (AZ-103 / AZ-104, AZ-303 / AZ-304)

• Experience with tools such as GitLab, Artifactory, Nexus, Prometheus, API, Packer
