Business Intelligence Analyst

Warszawa-based opportunity with hybrid work model (4 remote days/week).

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading organization dedicated to leveraging data-driven solutions to enhance business processes. In this role, you will contribute to the development of reporting environments, designing innovative reports and dashboards, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to optimize analytical workflows. This is your chance to influence decision-making and drive digital transformation within a dynamic industry.

Your main responsibilities:

• Actively participate in designing and extending the reporting environment, including creating new solutions and enhancements.

• Design and develop comprehensive reports using Business Intelligence tools.

• Engage in business discussions and collaborate with various organizational units to gather requirements.

• Optimize reporting processes and implement best analytical practices within the BI environment.

• Create queries and procedures to support data reporting and analysis.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or related fields.

• Practical knowledge of Power BI with the ability to create reports and dashboards.

• Strong proficiency in crafting database queries.

• Experience working with agile teams, preferably SCRUM.

• Good command of English, enabling effective communication and documentation.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Preparation for working with Azure Databricks.

• Advanced analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Higher education in an IT-related field.
