About the project

You will join a team developing the IT Compliance Engine – a modern solution that supports application teams in ensuring technology compliance. The system simplifies and standardises technology controls, while providing transparency across processes.The product is continuously evolving – new functionalities, integrations with other systems, and support for changing technology requirements are being added. A key focus is to deliver a simple and intuitive experience both for developers and process owners.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analysis of data, systems and interfaces within the product.

• Translate user needs into functional requirements, system processes and solution designs.

• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, development team, and end users.

• Document functional and non-functional requirements in development tickets with acceptance criteria.

• Conduct business process modelling, flowcharting and data flow diagramming.

• Deliver knowledge transfers, presentations, and handovers.

• Support the team in identifying effective and efficient solutions to business problems.

Requirements

Must have:

• Experience working in a global organisation and within distributed development teams.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify system and user impacts.

• Ability to capture explicit and implicit requirements and translate them into solutions.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Proactive and self-driven approach with the ability to seek out information and solutions.

• Strong teamwork and networking skills.

• Fluent English

Nice to have:

• Experience working with APIs and/or API development teams.

• Experience documenting functional specifications (user stories, acceptance criteria).

• Knowledge of business process modelling tools (flowcharts, data flow diagrams).
