Kraków - based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days/week in the office).
As a Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution driving large-scale business transformation initiatives across multiple regions. You will be analysing complex business processes, gathering requirements, and designing solutions that align with strategic goals. In this role, you will be working closely with stakeholders across functions, applying business transformation frameworks, agile methodologies, and change management techniques. You will also support implementation, develop business cases, and ensure that solutions deliver measurable benefits while managing communication and adoption across diverse teams, including branches, contact centres, operations, and head office functions.
Your main responsibilities:
Gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements
Designing solutions aligned with strategic and regulatory objectives
Applying business transformation frameworks and agile methodologies
Supporting change management and implementation activities
Developing business cases and evaluating design enablers
Communicating and delivering change to different audiences
Collaborating with stakeholders across branches, contact centres, and operations
Ensuring solutions meet business benefits and compliance requirements
Facilitating workshops, meetings, and requirement validation sessions
Monitoring progress and reporting on transformation initiatives
You're ideal for this role if you have:
Strong understanding of business transformation frameworks and agile methodologies
Knowledge of banking processes, group structures, and objectives
Awareness of regulatory, political, and competitive environments
Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and design techniques
Exposure to change management and implementation approaches
Experience developing business cases and defining design enablers
Proven experience delivering change across diverse banking environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to facilitate workshops and requirement validation sessions
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
It is a strong plus if you have:
Experience with project management tools or business process modelling tools
Previous exposure to global transformation programmes
