BI Analyst

Warsaw-based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month).

As a BI Analyst you will be working for our client, a leading company in the online banking sector, supporting the delivery of innovative digital solutions. You will contribute to the development and maintenance of core banking applications by analyzing business and technical requirements and designing scalable systems. Working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams, you will help streamline integration processes and ensure alignment between system architecture and business goals. This role combines technical oversight with strategic input, offering opportunities to shape and support impactful financial services solutions.

Your main responsibilities:

• Analyze business and system requirements for new and existing banking solutions
• Design and document system architecture and integration methods
• Collaborate with technical teams and external vendors during project delivery and system maintenance
• Participate in planning and executing quarterly team roadmaps
• Support end users and troubleshoot system issues
• Lead the technical stream of implementation projects
• Create effective data visualizations and reports to support decision-making
• Communicate with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements
• Ensure compliance with ITIL practices in system development and support
• Recommend process improvements and support change management activities

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 4+ years of experience
• Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence tools and concepts
• Proficiency in ITIL methodologies
• Advanced skills in Excel and Visual Basic
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience designing and implementing technical architectures
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in user support and issue resolution
• Ability to quickly absorb new knowledge and technologies
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
