As a BI Analyst, you will work for our Client – a global payment technology solutions company. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the full benefits from the investment made in the business intelligence capabilities, to improve the quality of decision making and financial reporting across the whole organization.
Your main responsibilities: analyzing and documenting business processes, system architecture, and business/functional requirements
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders through regular business partnering sessions
- Define reporting requirements and process improvement opportunities, seek regular feedback during the planning, develop and test lifecycle of a Qlikview report development
- Use Qlikview scripting to ‘Extract, Transform and Load’ data into front end QV reports
- Maintain existing suite of QV ETL script to ensure accuracy of the reporting process
- Creating standards and structures
- Exposure to international external stakeholders
- Reporting to the Business Intelligence Manager as part of a customer-focused team delivering innovative solutions to empower the business
As an ideal candidate you have:
- Min. 2 years of experience in a similar position within a global setup
- Experience with data visualization, business process mapping/documentation, developing use cases, documenting
- Familiarity with databases and data dictionaries
- Strong process documentation skills using Visio
- Hands-on experience with Qlikview, MSSQL, Oracle, SSIS, Enterprise Architect is a strong plus
- Strong business acumen and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluent English is a must
