As an Azure CRM Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial services organization, engaged in a large-scale transformation of its cloud and integration architecture. The project focuses on building secure, scalable, and high-performance APIs and services using Azure cloud technologies. You will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for designing cloud-native solutions, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to architecture decisions. The client is looking for a hands-on expert in Azure services who can lead by example and drive innovation in API development and integration.

Your main responsibilities:

• Designing and developing scalable APIs using Azure Functions and Service Bus

• Collaborating with architects to define optimal solution designs

• Leading technical discussions and proposing innovative cloud-based solutions

• Writing unit tests to ensure reliability and maintainability of code

• Using Application Insights to monitor and improve system performance

• Guiding developers through complex implementations and design patterns

• Integrating with external and internal systems using Azure-native tools

• Working with DevOps to enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies

• Promoting automation and reducing manual tasks across the development lifecycle

• Mentoring junior engineers and fostering knowledge sharing across teams

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 10 years of experience in Azure application development

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Azure Functions, App Insights, and Service Bus

• Strong proficiency in C# and JavaScript for backend development

• Proven experience integrating systems using Azure-based technologies

• Solid understanding of unit testing frameworks and TDD practices

• Expertise in leveraging Application Insights for monitoring and diagnostics

• Experience with Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Canvas Apps

• Ability to work independently and lead solutions from concept to deployment

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Deep understanding of industry best practices in cloud architecture

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience in Dynamics CRM development or integrations

• Familiarity with authentication frameworks such as OAuth 2.0 or MSAL

• Ability to decompose solution designs into technical deliverables

• Experience reviewing code and maintaining quality standards

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines

• Relevant Azure certifications

• Awareness of AI tools like Copilot and their practical use cases

• Understanding of event-driven architecture using publish/subscribe patterns

• Experience conducting technology spikes and proof of concepts

• Knowledge of secure design principles for cloud solutions
