Your main responsibilities:
Collaborate with product engineering and operations teams to understand processes and identify automation opportunities.
Design and develop high-performance, resilient automation solutions that streamline manual activities.
Apply security best practices, including secrets management, least privilege principles, and vulnerability mitigation.
Monitor automation performance and optimize processes to accommodate unforeseen scenarios or workload changes.
Automate testing procedures to ensure automation reliability and compliance under regulatory obligations.
Document automation solutions comprehensively and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
Support the integration of automation within existing infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and stability.
Work within Agile teams to deliver iterative solutions aligned with business needs and compliance standards.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
5+ years of experience administering Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) in production environments.
3+ years of experience automating infrastructure and application delivery.
Strong proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and scripting languages (Python, Go, Bash, etc.).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in written and spoken English, comfortable working in a multinational, global setting.
Experience working within Agile methodologies.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within diverse teams.
Strong documentation, ownership, and proactive communication skills.
It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)
Experience working with or improving IT services driven by vendor software.
A good understanding of financial services compliance and risk management.
Language Required for the role:
Fluent English – spoken and written.
