AI Python Developer – Insurance Industry

As an AI Python Developer, you will be working for our client, a leader in the insurance industry, contributing to innovative AI solutions that transform business processes. Join a dynamic and forward-thinking team where your expertise will drive impactful projects using cutting-edge technologies like Azure AI Foundry and Azure Machine Learning — directly influencing the evolution of AI in insurance.

Your main responsibilities:

• Design, optimize, and deploy advanced AI/ML models utilizing cloud platforms such as Azure and GCP.

• Integrate AI solutions seamlessly within complex hybrid system architectures while ensuring compliance with AI regulations.

• Develop and implement NLP/OCR techniques to process unstructured data efficiently.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into innovative AI-driven solutions.

• Manage MLOps pipelines with tools like Azure ML, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD workflows.

• Maintain a proactive approach from conception through deployment, ensuring best practices and governance standards are met.

• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders and team members.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Science/AI, with at least 1 year in production deployment.

• Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) and SQL.

• Hands-on experience with MLOps tools such as Azure ML, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Solid knowledge of NLP/OCR techniques and working with unstructured data.

• Cloud platform experience with Azure and GCP.

• Understanding of AI Governance and compliance with AI Act standards.

• Higher education in Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering.

• Analytical mindset with structured problem-solving skills.

• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

• Proactive attitude with ownership from concept to implementation.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Power Platform.

• Azure certifications: Data Scientist (DP-100), AI Engineer (AI-102), AI Fundamentals (AI-900).

• Industry knowledge in insurance and business process specifics.

• Familiarity with integration tools like Kafka and ESB.

• Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Language Required for the role:

• Polish (good command).
