As an AI Agent Engineer, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution committed to transforming banking through innovative AI-driven solutions. You will play a key role in developing intelligent agents and automation solutions that streamline processes and elevate user experiences across global banking journeys. Your main responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and deploy AI agents and automation solutions to optimize business workflows in an agile setting.

• Leverage Microsoft Copilot Studio and other conversational AI platforms to create customized, scalable AI agents.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architectures, and ensure successful implementation.

• Monitor agent performance, gather feedback, and iterate to improve accuracy, efficiency, and user satisfaction.

• Ensure all AI solutions comply with HSBC’s security, data privacy, and governance standards.

• Produce technical documentation, user guides, and best practices to facilitate adoption and maintenance.

• Stay current with advancements in AI, machine learning, and conversational platforms, recommending innovative tools and approaches.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 4+ years of experience in AI, automation, or related fields.

• Proven expertise in developing and deploying AI agents, chatbots, or virtual assistants.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar conversational AI platforms like Azure Bot Service or Dialogflow.

• Strong understanding of GenAI concepts including RAG, prompt engineering, and responsible AI principles.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure, and RESTful APIs.

• Programming skills in Python, C#, or JavaScript.

• Experience working within Agile teams, using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

• Excellent communication skills in English, capable of articulating technical details to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with automated testing frameworks and AI performance monitoring.

• Knowledge of ethical AI practices, bias mitigation, and explainability.

• Familiarity with the banking industry, especially CIB sector.

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
