As an AEM Frontend Developer, you will be working for our client, a global financial institution enhancing its digital presence through innovative public websites and campaign messaging. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Adobe Experience Manager-based services, ensuring high-quality, accessible, and performant web experiences. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will implement frontend solutions, integrate REST services, and contribute to reusable components while following best practices and development standards. Your work will directly support campaigns and user-facing platforms, ensuring consistent, scalable, and engaging digital experiences for a global audience.

Your main responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing AEM-based frontend services for websites and campaigns

• Developing HTML5/HTML4 emails and responsive web pages with CSS (SASS/LESS) and JavaScript

• Building and maintaining AEM Core Components and ClientLibs

• Integrating REST services and collaborating with backend teams for data delivery

• Using Maven to manage project builds and dependencies

• Applying accessibility standards and ensuring compliant user experiences

• Performing low-level design and translating requirements into technical implementations

• Testing and debugging frontend code for performance and reliability

• Collaborating with designers, developers, and stakeholders during delivery

• Contributing to best practices and improving frontend development processes

  
  

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

• Strong skills in HTML5/HTML4, CSS (SASS/LESS), and JavaScript

• Knowledge of AEM Core Components and ClientLibs

• Experience working with REST services and frontend-backend integration

• Familiarity with Maven for project builds and dependency management

• Understanding of accessibility principles and implementation

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Basic knowledge of HTL for template development

• Ability to design and implement scalable frontend solutions

• Collaborative mindset and experience working in cross-functional teams

  
  

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience in campaign messaging or email template development

• Exposure to performance optimization techniques for AEM sites

• Knowledge of automated frontend testing frameworks

• Familiarity with global or multi-language digital platforms
