.NET Developer (Kubernetes)

Łódź based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month).As a .NET Developer you will be working for our client, one of the leaders in online banking, focused on enhancing and maintaining their transactional service and customer-facing applications used across branches and call centers. The project centers on developing the backend of the transfers area, ensuring robust architecture, and implementing new solutions that impact millions of users daily. You will collaborate closely with business representatives and cross-functional IT teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and secure software in a dynamic environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend components of the transfers service and customer applications

• Design and improve software architecture following best practices

• Implement new features and solutions for transactional services

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams including DevOps, QA, and Release Management

• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality

• Manage SQL databases and optimize stored procedures

• Support deployment and operation on multiple environments using CI/CD pipelines

• Participate in Agile development processes

• Contribute to automation and DevOps initiatives

• Ensure security and performance standards are met

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in backend development with .NET technologies

• Strong knowledge of WebAPI, background services, and IIS

• Proficiency in MS SQL including Stored Procedures

• Understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles

• Experience writing unit and integration tests

• Familiarity with Kubernetes (k8s)

• Practical use of tools like Visual Studio, GIT, and JIRA

• Experience working in Agile environments

• Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams

• Strong initiative and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of hybrid application development (backend + frontend for Web and Mobile)

• Experience with WCF

• Familiarity with TeamCity, PowerShell, Jenkins, Ansible

• Frontend frameworks like TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue, NodeJS

• Experience with automated E2E tests

• Deep CI/CD deployment strategies

• Application management across multiple environments
