.NET Developer (Docker + Kubernetes + microservices) 💻

Łódź based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month).

As a .NET Developer you will be working for our client, one of the leaders in online banking, on developing and maintaining innovative backend applications using .NET technologies. You will play a crucial role in designing scalable microservices architectures, creating robust APIs, and ensuring high-quality code. Working alongside experienced developers, you will also contribute to the full lifecycle of application development, from initial design through deployment and documentation, while adhering to best practices in agile software development environments.

Your main responsibilities: Design and develop backend applications, primarily focusing on Rest APIs

• Participate in defining the application architecture and proposing solutions
• Create and maintain microservices to support high-traffic systems
• Write and update technical documentation for all developed applications
• Support the deployment of applications to production environments
• Collaborate closely with experienced team members to ensure best practices are followed
• Perform unit and integration testing to ensure software quality
• Work with databases, both SQL and NoSQL, to ensure data reliability and performance
• Utilize tools such as Docker and Kubernetes to manage containerized applications
• Contribute to CI/CD processes using modern tools and platforms

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 3 years of commercial experience as a backend or fullstack developer
• Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET platform
• Solid experience with Rest APIs
• Practical understanding of microservices architecture
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MSSQL, Redis)
• Familiarity with writing unit and integration tests
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with cloud environments, especially Azure
• Familiarity with tools like GIT, Git Flow, and CI/CD (TeamCity, Jenkins, AzureDevops)
• Good communication and teamwork skills, as well as English proficiency for reading technical documentation
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket

Nice to have:

• ​​​​​​​Knowledge of TypeScript and the latest frontend frameworks (Angular/React)
