About the role 🚀

In this role, you will work daily with both Polish and international clients to document IT systems, including mobile and web applications. Working closely with our development teams - Project Managers, Developers, QAs, and UX/UI Designers - you will help shape the final product and have a direct impact on its development. You will bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders by translating functionalities, dependencies, and business requirements into clear, accessible language.

• Work with clients from all over the world and in different industries (healthcare, Uber-like apps + commerce, etc.),

• Design system architecture and features of a variety of web and mobile applications (following clients' business requirements, in cooperation with our development teams),

• Work with experienced team members to soak up their knowledge from various fields (design, development, analysis, etc.).

What should you be able to do? 🦾

• Translate business requirements into functional system specifications and propose appropriate solutions that align with the client’s needs,

• Participating in Product Discovery workshops with clients (in English or Polish),

• Preparing documentation of the designed IT system (clear, complete, and testable User Stories), 

• Cooperation with the development team and client to translate business requirements into system functionality and design,

• Backlog management on Jira, taking care of the exact specification of tasks for the development team, co-deciding on the software development cycle,

• Proactively enhance the quality of the product by cooperating with QA and shared responsibility for the final quality of the app,

• Manage your workload across two or more projects at once, setting clear priorities that enable the development team to work effectively.

What should you have? ✅

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role,

• Understanding IT systems’ architecture (mobile, web, backend),

• Experience in defining User Stories,

• Experience in analyzing and documenting functional system requirements,

• Analytical and teamworking skills, 

• Fluent English (min. B2/C1),

• Fluent Polish (min. C1).

Nice to have:

• Understanding the nature of the developers' tasks,

• Good knowledge of new technologies, mobile and web solutions,

• Experience in designing IT systems’ architecture,

• Experience in developing IT mobile/web applications.
