UX/UI Designer

For our client, we are looking for UX/UI Designer, who have a strong background in large-scale, token-based design systems and will actively contribute to the development and evolution of UI components and patterns.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborating closely with multiple product teams to lead the development and evolution of UI components and patterns, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with overall product experience.

• Actively guiding and supporting product teams to utilize the right components and patterns, fostering a culture of design quality.

• Working alongside product designers across the organization.

• Using design system components to build and enhance product experiences, ensuring they are user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with business objectives.

• Collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary frontend development teams

• Creating innovative concepts, detailed prototypes, and polished UI designs that address user needs and business goals.

• Presenting designs and articulating design rationale to stakeholders.

• Conducting qualitative user tests and A/B tests to gather actionable insights and validate design decisions.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working on similar large-scale, token-based design systems with a multibrand approach.

• Advanced proficiency with Figma and Tokens Studio.

• Strong collaborative skills and ability to lead design initiatives across teams.

• Previous experience in ecommerce.

• Excellent communication skills in English.
