Main purpose of the position:
The Automation Business Analyst serves as the central point of contact for all automation use cases, ensuring that business processes are properly understood, optimized, and prepared for stable automation. The role focuses on identifying and analyzing business requirements, improving processes to enhance efficiency, and translating business needs into clear documentation for development teams. It involves overseeing the end‑to‑end lifecycle of automation—from idea assessment through testing—to ensure solutions are accurate, business‑aligned, and error‑free. The position also supports global knowledge sharing by engaging the Automation Community, promoting best practices, and fostering collaboration across teams. Additionally, the Analyst is expected to maintain strong stakeholder engagement, ensuring smooth cooperation between business users, SMEs, and developers to deliver high‑quality automation outcomes.
What you’ll do:
Design and test Automation solutions
Analyse Automation solutions for optimal performance and business correctness
Knowledge sharing of Automation products and best practices
Engage RPA Community and its users
Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to ensure deliveries
Who you’ll work with:
Business users providing process knowledge and Process owners
Automation Developers
Cross‑functional delivery teams
Key qualifications:
Similar experience / position held in global or large companies
Sufficient understanding and experience of business, operations and its processes to develop automation solution
Ability to prepare Process Definition Documentation (PDD) and translate business requirements into guidelines for developers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Analytical thinking and good problem-solving ability
