Junior Carbon Process Specialist (Automation, AI)

We are currently looking for a carbon process specialist to join us in our Global Climate Impact Team. Would you like to help in achieving ISS environmental goals, net zero commitments and Science Based Targets obligations? You’ll help improving process efficiency in carbon accounting, automate carbon data flow and control the data quality to delivery regular carbon performance reports. With you onboard, we can enhance carbon-relevant process efficiencies, facilitate external disclosures, as well as support internal data-driven business initiatives.

What you’ll do:

• Work closely with our various country teams to automate carbon data transformation processes, reducing manual tasks and enhancing operational efficiency
• Work closely with IT teams to seamlessly integrate country-specific and customer-specific carbon data into the existing IT infrastructure, ensuring data availability and security
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of data issues and coordinating with country and global key account teams for timely solutions
• Oversee and manage business changes within the sustainability data domain
• Maintain and improve quality reports of carbon data management
• Ad-hoc support on carbon data management

Key qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field; Master’s preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in data modelling, automation, or data process improvement
• Skilled in Power BI, including Power Query and DAX is essential
• Skilled in SQL and Python is a plus
• Knowledge in Carbon/GHG accounting is a plus
• Experience in international company is preferred
• Advanced business proficiency in English
