Junior Asset Management Analyst

What you’ll do (day-to-day tasks)

• Support IT Asset Management (ITAM) and FinOps activities

• Work with tickets in Jira (service requests, updates, follow-ups)

• Help keep IT asset and license data up to date in systems

• Support license usage tracking and basic analysis (what is used / not used)

• Assist with software updates, asset records and documentation

• Prepare simple reports related to software assets and licenses

• Support the team in maintaining ITAM tools (e.g. FlexeraOne)

• Communicate with internal teams when data or updates are needed

Who you’ll work with

• Internal IT teams (Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Operations)

• IT Finance and IT Procurement teams

• External vendors and tool providers (with team support)

What we’re looking for

• First experience or strong interest in IT, systems, data or operations

• Basic understanding of IT assets, software, or licenses (or willingness to learn)

• Comfortable working with tickets, tools and structured processes

• Good attention to detail and willingness to work with data

• English at a level that allows everyday work communication

Nice to have (but not required)

• Any experience with Jira, ITSM tools or asset tools

• Basic knowledge of software licenses (e.g. Microsoft)

• Studies or background in IT, business, finance, or similar
