As part of ISS’s Global Enterprise Architecture team, you will define and drive the end-to-end architecture for Finance and ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with ISS’s global digital strategy.

You’ll act as the key technical expert for the Finance domain, shaping global solution designs, application roadmaps, and architecture governance. Working closely with business and IT stakeholders, you’ll translate Finance strategy into scalable, compliant, and future-ready digital capabilities.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the Finance domain and ERP architecture roadmap.

• Design and govern end-to-end Finance/ERP solutions (SAP, Dynamics, or similar).

• Align technology initiatives with global business goals and architecture standards.

• Collaborate with business leaders, solution architects, and delivery teams to ensure architectural integrity and value delivery.

• Ensure compliance, performance, and scalability across global Finance systems.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as Domain, Solution, or Enterprise Architect (Finance/ERP).

• Strong understanding of Finance processes and ERP platforms (SAP FI/CO, Dynamics, etc.).

• Experience developing architecture roadmaps and transformation strategies.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent English; global mindset.
