We're looking for a skilled System Administrator who thrives on keeping complex systems running smoothly and securely.
In this role, you'll ensure the reliability and performance of critical infrastructure and enterprise applications. You'll work closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to support deployments, streamline operations, and enhance observability across the environment.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and support Microsoft Windows Server systems, ensuring stability, performance, and security.
Support for business-critical batch processes, diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
Manage the daily operations and optimization of the Dynatrace SaaS platform, ensuring effective monitoring and observability of business applications.
Support the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, including performance debugging, coordination with development teams, and managing deployments.
Take part in developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, enabling efficient and reliable deployment of internal applications.
Create automation scripts and tools using PowerShell and/or Python to streamline operational tasks and reduce manual workload.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and monitoring of new features and services.
Participate in structured incident and change management workflows, ideally following ITIL best practices.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years experience in a similar role,
Hands-on experience managing Microsoft Windows Server systems,
Practical knowledge of PowerShell and/or Python for automation and scripting,
Experience working with monitoring and observability platforms (e.g., Dynatrace, Check MK, or equivalent),
Familiarity with managing Microsoft SaaS solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365),
Experience working with Azure DevOps pipelines, including implementation, debugging, and optimization
Advanced command of English,
(Optional) Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, SaltStack, or similar),
(Optional) Understanding of ITIL processes or structured incident/change management workflows.
