What will your daily tasks look like?
- Taking part in the entire software development life cycle
- Leading a small team (4-5 developers), and acting as a coach/a mentor for the less experienced members of the team
- Designing and implementing solutions for complex modules
- Performing and reviewing the code – making sure it sticks to the best practices
- Building secure, reliable, performant and scalable solutions
- Evaluating and choosing the right tech stack, platforms, libraries
- Co-operating with the product management, architects, client delivery and engineering groups to build software products
What other experience do you need?
- Extensive experience with continuous delivery approaches such as TDD, CI, infrastructure automation
- Considerable experience with object-oriented development
- Thorough understanding of design patterns, algorithms, and data structure
- 3+ years of experience working in both Waterfall and Agile software development life cycle methodologies
