DevOps Engineer
In a nutshell
The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for the supporting of development, implementation, and management of our DevOps infrastructure and processes and for releasing new product versions. You’ll work closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs for deployment automation. Given that understanding, you will propose and if confirmed with senior DevOps engineers you will make recommendations and provide self-service offerings that enable stakeholders to deploy, monitor, on maintain their services.

Here’s how you’ll put your skills into action:
You’ll design, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines, automating build, test, and deployment processes (Jenkins, TeamCity, Git/Bitbucket).
You’ll administer and optimize Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters, ensuring scalability and resilience.
You’ll manage and secure AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM), supporting development teams in production-ready deployments.
You’ll apply strong Linux administration skills to oversee patch management, performance optimization, and incident handling (Debian-based systems).
You’ll script in Python and Bash to automate infrastructure, testing, and monitoring.
You’ll implement best practices in infrastructure operations, release management, and deployment for high availability and reliability.
You’ll monitor vulnerabilities, perform scanning and remediation, and contribute to security hardening of systems.
You’ll integrate applications into cloud environments built as code, contributing to systems integration and lifecycle engineering.
You’ll solve complex problems across application and infrastructure layers, ensuring smooth incident and problem management.

You’ll leverage experience in systems and software lifecycle engineering, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production.

We also know that experience counts – and we believe that the following can support your success:
3+ years of experience in IT, including at least 1 year in a DevOps role.
Relevant certifications or completed tech degrees (Computer Science, DevOps, Cloud Engineering).
Any background in the fintech/digital product space is a big plus!
