Are you a passionate Functional Test Leader with a sense for platform testing?

We're recruiting a dedicated professional to join our projects as a Functional Test Leader. In this role You will oversee end-2-end tests to ensure business validity of the platform.

🎯 Responsibilities:

• Oversees end-2-end tests to ensure business validity of the platform.
• Plans scope and approach for business-facing tests.
• Oversees end-2-end testing process, including technical, data quality and business tests to ensure business validity of the platform
• Manages defects and communicates with business
• Leads end user involvement during UAT tests
• Performing ETL pipeline test cases
• Developing data flows

🌟 Experience & Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on data platforms testing and or data quality testing.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end testing efforts for complex data platforms. Experience in data testing (data quality assurance) in ETL pipelines.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies for testing processes.
• Excellent knowledge of test planning, execution, documentation, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in SQL, Snowlake, Airflow, DBT and Python.
• Experience in working with HR data is a plus.
• Experience and understanding of privacy regulations for HR data is a plus.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Very good communication in English. 
• Certifications in software testing (ISTQB) and/or SAFe Framework are a plus.
